Quadrant Engineering Services (QES) delivers building services engineering with a practical, coordinated approach. We work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, and Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) — supporting consultants, architects, builders, and clients from concept through to documentation and delivery.
Our focus is on doing the fundamentals well: clear communication, coordinated design, and documentation that supports approvals and construction.
The Founder
Tony Caravaca-Lopez is an experienced building services engineer with an international background across England, Canada, Asia, and Australia. With decades in the industry, Tony brings a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to design and delivery — supporting projects from early advice through to documentation and construction support.
At QES, the focus is on doing the fundamentals well: clear communication, coordinated design, and documentation that helps projects move forward with confidence.
